Sizing? TOP
Custom Made Clothing
We offer custom sized dog clothing for toy and small breed dogs.
There is a sizing chart on each page detailing the size ranges each piece of clothing is avialable in. The sizing ranges in the charts are a guide only for determining which size range you are ordering. Upon completion of your order, you can either submit us your measurements using the Custom Measurement Form (in the Information Menu) or you will receive a request and a link from us to submit those measurements.
Designer Ready Wear Clothing
Each manufacturer sizes a little differently. There is a link on each product page to that manufacturers sizing information. Feel free to contact us with any sizing questions and if we don't know the answer, we will contact the manufacturer to get that information.
Order Processing Time? TOP
For our custom made clothing, normal processing time is 10-14 days. During holiday seasons, the processing time can be slightly longer.
You can save time by submitting the Custom Measurement Form at the time you submit your order so that we have everything we need to start your order. Processing time starts from when we receive your custom measurements.
For orders of designer dog clothing, normal order processing time is 2-3 days if we have the items you ordered in stock. In order to keep our prices reasonable we do not carry a large physical inventory. Sale items we generally have in stock. We order bi-weekly from our the various vendors and our normal processing time is 7-10 business days. Several high end designers make the designer dog outfits to order and, in those cases, availability and shipping times are listed on the individual product page.
Since we do utilize several different vendors/companies/designers, your order can take up to 7-10 business days in order to put together your order. In some cases, we may have your order shipped directly to you from our vendors so it is not unusual for your order to arrive in two shipments.

We have a wide assortment of fabrics that all of our clothing items are available in.
Each item we make has a fabric selection table where suggested fabric swatches are shown. If you see a fabric on one product page that you like and would prefer your clothing item is made in that fabric, contact us to see if that fabric would be appropriate for that clothing item.
Upon completion of your order, we send you a Sizing & Measurement form which you fill in with your dog's custom measurements. There is also a field where you enter your fabric choices. Is there sales tax? TOP

We ship priority mail in the continental US.

| Can I order gifts? TOP
We would be happy to wrap your gift and send to the recipient. We can wrap the present in colored tissue paper and we add dog paw print ribbon.

A word of caution.
If the item you are ordering is custom made, you need some idea of the dog's weight and overall size. If at all possible, measure the dog! While asking the dog's owner the dog's measurements is a give-away, you will save you and me a lot of aggervation.
If it not possible for you to measure and you don't want to ruin the surprise, we will hope for the best. If the item needs minor adjustment, such as leg length for pajamas or fleece pullover coats, there is a small fee, $5.00, plus shipping costs to return the item after it has been tailored.
