I can't say enough wonderful things about Carol and Bloomingtails!! When I first contacted her about getting jammies for my two Cresteds, she went above and beyond what I was expecting. Because I was unsure of what sizes to order, she sent me samples in the mail, not only once, but twice! Where else would you ever get samples sent to you to try on, to get the perfect fit?? My Cresteds are on the smaller size, so Carol altered the sizing for them. I don't know how many e-mails we sent back and forth trying to get their exact sizes. She was willing to do whatever she could, to make sure we were 100% satisfied. And believe me, we are!! To top it all off, the quality is the best I've seen! Tylee and Illy are loving their nice warm jammies! I will definitely be ordering more from Bloomingtails myself, and I recommend them to everyone! I can't thank you enough, Carol!! |

Like WOW!!!! Service was great, was notified it might take 10 days or so for the winter jacket, which I would not worry about, since it is still summer in WI. But it came way before that time span! Excellent! The coat was the most adorable coat I have ever seen. So classy. My baby girl Shyla Rose is so darn adorable in it. Words can not even speak for it. I will have to send a picture of her in it. I am glad I found this web site. Thanks so much Carol! Keep everything the way it is! |

I experienced wonderful and personalized customer service with this site. I had ordered a red, white & blue dog collar for my yellow lab for my husband's homecoming from his 6-month deployment to the Middle East, and Carol worked really hard to be sure it gets shipped to me on time. It wasn't easy for her, but I really appreciated the time and effort she put into it, and wish her much continued success with Bloomingtails!
