The attached skirt features a hearts cotton fabric with a tulle underlay. Double Grosgrain detachable bow. Dress is 100%
Cotton.
Velcro tab closure at neck and tummy. Discreet D-ring for leash attachment.
Care Instructions: Hand Wash. When ironing, always iron embroidery on
the reverse side between two pieces of fabric. Do not iron wet or
damped garment with embroidery. Do not use steam while ironing.
