fabric. Fully lined and a discreet D-ring for leash attachment.
Finished off with Peter Pan style collar trimmed with ric rac trim and lollipop decorative bows.
Skirt is a double layered skirt.
Velcro tab closure at neck and tummy.
Care Instructions: Hand Wash. When ironing, always iron embroidery on
the reverse side between two pieces of fabric. Do not iron wet or
damped garment with embroidery. Do not use steam while ironing.
