All tutu's are cut in underneath for ease in pottying.These tutus are sewn on to a elastic waistband and not hand tied. These tutu are extremely full and the large sizes use between 18 to 24 yards of material.
The Elegant Classic Black Tutu is available as a tutu, a dress (with the matching sewn on black tank top style) and a matching Tutu Bow is also available. The Tutu barette bow can be used as a hair accessory or as an embellishment on the top.
