All tutu's are cut in underneath for ease in pottying.
These tutu are
extremely full and the large sizes use between 18 to 24 yards of
material.
This outfit is two piece, the tutu shirt and the matchng black top. Order separately. The matching shirt is sized by length of the shirt and available in 8"-20" lengths. To compliment the tutu skirt, you should measure from your dogs neck to slightly below the waist area.
