We are pleased to introduce our August 2008 Dog Photo Contest Guest Judge!
Pat Cumberledge is the pack leader of the Spoiled Royals, all of which are rescue dogs. The pack includes Maltese, Hairless Chinese Crested, Chihuahua, Pomeranian, Lhasa Apso and a Yorkshire Terrier.
Pat is actively involved in rescuing, transporting and fostering dogs and a member of several rescue and dog advocate groups. In addition, she has actively lobbyed for passage of legislation in Ohio to improve the living conditions of dogs in commercial breeding kennels.
United Yorkie Rescue, Inc. was founded on August 5, 2002, by a group of loyal and hard-working rescue friends. They have consolidated their efforts and talents to form a family dedicated to the rescue and well-being of the Yorkshire Terrier. They pledged to rescue as many Yorkies and Yorkie mixes in need as is logistically and physically possible. In addition, they are devoted to providing love, nourishment, rehabilitation, socialization, and "pawsome" forever homes!!
