Janet Weitzel-Janca has been actively involved in dog rescue for a number of years and has quite an extensive fur family. She is Vice President of Rescue Alliance of Hairless & Other Breeds, Inc.

 

Rescue Alliance of Hairless & Other Breeds, Inc. is a non-profit nationwide coalition of animal lovers who run independent rescues and foster homes. We have come together to help each other help our animal companions. Due to their special needs, we specialize in hairless breeds, but will never turn anyone away as long as we have room in our homes for anyone, whether furred, scaled, or feathered!

 

Ohio Fuzzy Pawz Shih Tzu Rescue was created to complement our nationwide Shih Tzu Rescue group. Although located in Ohio, the group has members throughout many states. Their placement is not limited to the Ohio area and have dogs available for adoption in other areas of the country.
