Toogie is a puppymill rescue who is 11 years old and spent much of her life in a puppymill in the Dallas, Texas area.  She now lives a pampered life with her family including another Chinese Crested and cats!

She is a testament to the fact that it is a small world,....in our work with puppymill rescues, we had worked on trying to get her out of the puppymill the year before it was raided and shut down.  We could not get her away from the mill at that time.  Fast forward a year or so and through another rescue group, she was rescued before the raid.  She went to our friend and associate Janet in Ohio.  The happy ending is that she now has been adopted and finally knows what it is to be a loved member of the family.
