We are pleased to introduce our July 2009 Dog Photo Contest Guest Judge!
Janet Weitzel-Janca has
been actively involved in dog rescue for a number of years and has
quite an extensive fur family. She is Vice President of Rescue Alliance
of Hairless & Other Breeds, Inc.
Rescue Alliance of Hairless & Other Breeds, Inc.
is a non-profit nationwide coalition of animal lovers who run
independent rescues and foster homes. We have come together to help
each other help our animal companions. Due to their special needs, we
specialize in hairless breeds, but will never turn anyone away as long
as we have room in our homes for anyone, whether furred, scaled, or
feathered!
Ohio Fuzzy Pawz Shih Tzu Rescue
was created to complement our nationwide Shih Tzu Rescue group.
Although located in Ohio, the group has members throughout many states.
Their placement is not limited to the Ohio area and have dogs available
for adoption in other areas of the country.
Alex Moore of River City Canine Rescue has graciously accepted our invitation to be our Guest Judge for August.

Meet Sabrina Rose, a 4 & 1/2 yr old Minature Poodle from NY.
Sabrina Rose weighs in at a whopping 4lb. She loves the beach, camping, and just
traveling all over. She loves to get dressed up and showing off. She
loves the grandchidren but is afraid of other dogs. Her Mom calls her "My Beautiful Baby
Girl"!
