Bloomingtails Return Authorization Request Form is REQUIRED for ALL product returns/exchanges, NO exceptions.

Please read our Return Policy to ensure that you are complying with our stated policies.

Once Bloomingtails has received the form, it will be reviewed and we will issue a Return Authorization Number for qualified returns. The Return Authorization Form will be sent to you via email within three business days of receipt of your request. Please make sure that your email account will accept emails from bloomingtails@gmail.com. If you do not get a determination within three business days, check your spam folder.

All Returns/Exchanges are subject to a re-shipping fee of $5.25. You can either send a check or money order made out to Bloomingtials Dog Boutique along with your authorized return. The $5.25 shipping fee covers shipping and handling and it is for one item. If your return exchange invloves more than one item, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges. We will contact you with the additional shipping if your shipment exceeds the stated $5.25 fee.

All exchanges and reorder price adjustments will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. If paypal was used to complete your purchase, we will invoice you for the additional shipping fee. (This applies if you are returning one item and wish to exchange for a different product).
