Terms of ServiceBloomingtails Dog Boutique prides itself on our customer service and our four legged customers are like a part of our extended family!Our goal is to provide products for our furkids at a reasonable price and to offer a large selection from which to choose. We are always available to help you in selecting products for your pampered puppies and encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns.
Bloomingtails Dog Boutique is an online dog boutique and as such, we do not stock all of the products listed on our website. However, we do order from our vendors twice a week and our normal order processing time is 7-10 business days. Some items we do stock and order processing is within three days for in stock items.
During peak holiday season, due to backlog of orders, your order could take slightly longer. We generally ship within one day of our receiving our ordered items. However, if a vendor is backlogged in their order processing, that also puts us behind in processing the orders on our end.
During peak shopping seasons (Halloween, Christmas, etc.) your order may take 2-3 days more to get through our shipping process.

We do not accept returns of seasonal items, such as costumes, in addition to no returns on carriers, shoes and custom apparel. Please measure carefully as each manufacturer has a different sizing range. Each product either has the sizing information on the page or has a pop-up window where you can view sizing information.
