After 11 years I had to replace her raincoat and was dreading finding the perfect replacement well this is the perfect replacement. My Shih-Poo weights 13.5 and is 14" long (neck to tail) and this fits perfect. She loves it! The other day it was a beautiful sunny morning after a little rain during the night she would not go outside without her new raincoat.
